Yes. IFMBTP training programs are not only open to high school graduates. Indeed: Specialized technician programs are accessible with an equivalent diploma or a Technician diploma in a specialization that allows access to the chosen program. Technician programs are accessible with a high school diploma. Qualified operator programs are accessible after completing the 3rd year of secondary school.
Yes. All diplomas and certifications awarded by IFMBTP are officially recognized by the government.
No. Our continuing education programs cover a wide range of fields, including construction trades, quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE), business management and performance, as well as software and new technologies. These courses are open to all working professionals, whether or not they work in the construction sector. The goal is also to facilitate career transition and professional retraining if you are interested.
To access other Technician or Specialized Technician level programs, you must be at least 17 years old.
To access Qualified Operator level programs, you must be at least 15 years old.

The lists of candidates selected to join IFMBTP training programs are posted on this website on the dedicated page, on the announced date. The duration of initial training programs for the following tracks is as follows:
Specialized Technician: 2 years
Technician: 2 years
Qualified Operator: 1 year
To be admitted to IFMBTP, the eligibility criteria for each level are as follows:
Specialized Technician:
Meet the academic and age requirements:
Hold a scientific baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma, or a Technician Diploma in a specialization that allows access to the chosen Specialized Technician program.
Be between 17 and 30 years old.
Pass the oral interview.
Technician:
Meet the academic and age requirements:
Hold a scientific baccalaureate or an equivalent diploma, or a Qualification Diploma in a field allowing access to the Technician program in Waterproofing.
Be between 17 and 30 years old.
Pass the oral interview.
Qualified Operator:
Have completed the 9th grade of secondary school and meet the age requirements set by current regulations at the start of the school year, or hold a Specialization Diploma in a relevant field.
Submit an application file to IFMBTP.
Be at least 15 years old.

No. As a professional training institute providing a public service, initial training at IFMBTP is free of charge.
