Our Training Programs:
Four Pillars to Develop Your Skills

Pillar 1: Enable Trainees to Perform Effectively in Their Profession

The objective is to prepare IFMBTP trainees to perform their duties, fulfill their missions, and carry out the activities related to their trades under optimal conditions, ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety requirements at work and environmental protection standards. This preparation also aims to equip them with the skills necessary to adapt effectively to the professional environment, while developing intellectual and technical abilities that foster informed decision-making.

Pillar 2: Facilitate Trainees' Integration into Professional Life

This initiative aims to support trainees in their transition to the workforce by providing them with an understanding of how the job market functions. Through the IFMBTP Career Centre, trainees are made aware of their rights and responsibilities as future professionals and are guided in discovering the realities of their chosen sector.

Pillar 3: Support Career Growth and Deepen Professional Expertise

This third focus area aims, firstly, to strengthen trainees' autonomy and their ability to learn, to adopt effective working methods, and to understand the fundamental principles of the techniques and processes used in their professional environment. Secondly, it aims to develop their personal expression, creativity, sense of responsibility, initiative, and entrepreneurship, by raising their awareness of the demands of excellence and the key attitudes that foster professional success.

Pillar 4: Promote Professional Mobility

Through this approach, trainees develop their soft skills, in order to adopt a positive attitude towards change and to know how to implement the necessary strategies to effectively manage their career.

The Charaka Fund for Vocational Training

The Charaka Fund, dedicated to vocational training, aims to contribute to promoting youth employment, improving business competitiveness, and adopting governance models developed in consultation with professionals. It was established to develop and enhance the quality of vocational training and strengthen the links between skills supply and demand. The Charaka Fund finances the creation or expansion of vocational training centers managed through public-private partnerships (PPPs), as well as the conversion of existing public vocational training centers.

Objective: to move from a traditional management model, driven by the public sector, to a model driven by private sector demand and managed in partnership between the two sectors. This recommended PPP governance model is based on pilot projects initiated by the Moroccan government to support various development strategies in key sectors (Industry, Renewable Energy, etc.), through the creation of delegated-management vocational training institutes.
